Half and Full Day Fishing Safaris

The Zambezi River is home to an abundance of different fish species; of all the species, the Tiger Fish is one of the many species we target with Catch and Release a huge part of what we practice. Being the largest pound for pound fresh water fighting fish on the planet it makes for an experience of a life time. Half Day or Full Day fishing from Victoria Falls is a reality and we offer a rare opportunity to experience this. The Zambezi River is the fourth longest in Africa making for some of the best fishing in Africa. With over 60 species inhabiting the Upper Zambezi we are able to target different species of fish for most parts of the year.

Morning Trip

Early morning fishing generally begins at 06:00am when you will be collected from the agreed pick-point and dropped back at your pre-arranged point between 10:00 and 10:30. Our morning fishing trips will include freshly brewed Zimbabwean coffee or Zimbabwean grown tea, as well as bottled water or soft drinks.

Afternoon Trip

The afternoon fishing generally begins at 15:00, heading straight for the river and the search for “the very best fishing we have to offer”. As sunset approaches, sundowners will naturally be in mind with an array of Sundowner drinks on offer; Soft drinks, Beer and Water. A small platter of snacks will also be on offer.

Full Day

Full day fishing packages will commence early in the morning, with a number of breaks during the day, lunch spent under one of the ever-shady Natal Mahoganies or Jackal Berries, and a siesta not far behind resting peacefully in one of the hammocks, watching the world go by. Our full day trips include a continental breakfast, lunch with drinks, and sundowners. Pick up will be at 06:00 am from an agreed pick-up point to be returned to your pre-arranged drop off point by 18.30.
