• A 20% deposit is required within 21 days of confirmation/invoicing.
• Reservations: To confirm your safari booking, we require a deposit (percentage depends on the package) at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days before your safari departure date.
• Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments through our website. We also accept bank transfers for your convenience.

Prices and Inclusions:

• Pricing: Prices listed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change. We’ll notify you of any price changes before confirming your booking.
• Inclusions: Your safari package will clearly outline what’s included, such as accommodation, meals, park entrance fees, activities (depending on your chosen package), and professional guide services. Please review your specific package details for a complete picture.

Cancellations and Changes:

• Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy varies depending on how far in advance you cancel. You’ll find the detailed policy outlined during the booking process. Generally, cancellation fees increase the closer you get to your departure date.
• Changes to Your Booking: If you need to make changes to your booking after confirmation, we’ll try our best to accommodate them. However, any changes may incur additional fees.

Liability:

• Umdingi Safaris acts as a tour operator. We strive to provide the best possible service and work with reputable suppliers. However, we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances, acts of nature, or events beyond our control that may impact your safari experience.
• Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing your local travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
